What if I want to add a competition or buffet, etc., to my registration?
Just log into your account with your username and password to make additions.
What is ABW’s Cancellation Policy?
If you have registered and paid for ABW and find that you cannot attend, there are two options:
1. We will transfer the amount you paid for your pass to next year’s ABW. All transfers are only valid for one year, can only be transferred to the original pass-holder and require a $25 administration fee. (Competition fees, buffet tickets, etc., are not transferable to the following year)
2. You can transfer your pass to another dancer in the current year. You make the arrangements and once the transaction is complete, email info (at) allbalboa.com with the new attendee’s information. There is a $25 administration fee to transfer a pass.
Pass transfers or pass deferments will not be processed within a week of the event.
